Food For Life
Good morning
teacher and Hello! everyone. My name is
Tanat Sukreeta. Today I am going to talk my passion about “Food For Life”. Food is some substance consumed to provide
nutritional support for an organism. It is usually of plant or animal origin,
and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins,
vitamins, or minerals.
I choose this
topic because I like eating very much, namely Italian Food, Japanese Food,
Western Food and Thai Food but the best food which I like is Thai Food. I like
Thai Food because it is very tasty and mostly use herbs to be the ingredients
which are useful for health and make me healthy. In fact, I’m not only like
eating Thai food but also cook Thai food. The best menu which I like is Tom-Yum-Kung.
I like this menu because it has many herbs.
Useful of Herbs
1. Shallot = Helps to prevent
heart diseases, colon cancer, blood sugar level etc.
2. Lime Juice = Heal and prevent bleeding
gums, ease headache etc.
3. Lemongrass = Helps to clean
the blood and remove toxic substances through the urine etc.
4. Galangal = Improve blood
circulation, detoxify the body and minimize etc.
5. Kaffir lime leaves = Relieve
stomach pains and discomfort, ease high blood pressure etc.
6. Coriander = Help to ease allergic
reactions, cure indigestion and diarrhea etc.
7. Bird’s Eye Chili = Help to
boost the immune system, relief nasal congestions etc.
Finally, Thai food
have many nutrients and useful for your health. I would rather you practice
cooking and eat Thai food. Thank You
