The reason that I choose this topic because food has many story to talk about, In my opinion I think
The value of food are not depend on only it taste, but it also includes the nutrients that it provides.
        The difficult of making healthy food is the food must be delicious and also still provide the nutrients as well.
         Here is thr propotion of neutrients that should be in one meal
-one fourth whole grains
-one fourth protein
-half vegetable and fruits
-and water
